    For one unforgettable night, we invite you to a unique pop-up event in the heart of Shimpling Park Farm in their wonderful barn. As the harvest season comes to a close, we’re celebrating all things organic and foraged, and we can’t wait to share our passion for exceptional food with you.

     

    Our chefs have crafted a splendid 9-course tasting menu that showcases the very best of this farm’s bountiful produce, alongside offerings from local and organic artisan producers. Each dish tells a story of the land and the dedication that goes into cultivating its bounty.

     

    To add to the evening’s magic, we’re delighted to have John Pawsey as our guest of honour and host. In 1999, he took the pioneering step of converting the first 120 hectares of the farm to organic, a decision that has shaped the farm’s ethos ever since. John will share his insights and passion for organic farming, providing you with a unique perspective on the evening’s offerings.

     

    Throughout the event, our team will guide you through the culinary journey, offering introductions and explanations for each exquisite dish, some with the added option of a perfectly paired drink. It’s an evening designed to awaken your senses and leave you with a deeper appreciation for the flavours of our region.

    Dietary Options: Pescatarian, Vegetarian, & Gluten Free tasting menu options are available.   Unfortunately there is no diary free or plant-based options on this occasion.  We will email everyone one week prior to the event to check allergens/dietary requirements and we will do everything we can to accommodate requests not highlighted, where possible. No refund will be made for any courses that cannot be changed.
