1.1. The Contract
1.1.1 The terms of these terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (“the Contract”) between you, the client, and Forage & Season Limited (“Forage Kitchen”)
1.2 Course & Dining
1.2.1 All events should be attended on a punctual basis unless prevented by occurrences which are beyond your reasonable control.
1.2.2 You must comply with all rules and regulations issued by Forage Kitchen from time to time.
1.2.3 Forage Kitchen reserves the right to make changes to the advertised tutors and programme as necessary.
1.2.4 The dining/course fee includes all tuition and meals unless indicated.
1.2.5 Unless we have been notified explicitly of any dietary, or other requirements at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior and have agreed to them, we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
1.3 Fees, Refunds and Client Cancellation
1.3.1 To book your place full payment is required. For longer courses a deposit can be arranged with the bookings administrator if desired. Please contact us directly by email.
1.3.2 Cancellation of the event by you:
1.3.3 Friends or family are able to attend in your place providing Forage Kitchen has had details 24hours before the event begins. We can only cater for a change in dietary requirements with a minimum of 7 days notice.
1.3.4 In the event of illness, Forage Kitchen will require documentary evidence, in order to decide, at its discretion where it can be flexible with the cancellation policy.
1.3.5 Tickets bought as gifts carry the same cancellation policy.
1.4 Cancellation of a course by Forage Kitchen
1.4.1 Course cancellations are rare, but if Forage Kitchen has to cancel a course, all fees paid will either be refunded, transferred or vouchers issued for the same amount – which Forage Kitchen will decide given the circumstances. No liability can be accepted for any consequential losses you might incur.
1.4.2 Any travel, accommodation or other arrangements, made for your participation on the course are entirely made at your own risk.
1.4.3 You are advised to insure yourself against any losses due to either you having to cancel your place, or the course being cancelled.
1.5 Gift Vouchers
1.5.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and will not be accepted beyond the expiry date unless the course date you wish to book is postponed or cancelled or there are special circumstances preventing you from using the voucher. They will be decided on a case by case basis at the discretion of Forage Kitchen.
1.5.2 Refunds are not available for gift vouchers but they can be transferred to any course or event or to another person.
1.5.3 Once a booking has been made with a gift voucher the terms 1.2 – 1.4 above apply.
1.6 Liability
1.6.1 You are advised not to bring any items of special value onto Forage Kitchen’s premises. Forage Kitchen will not accept responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions.
1.6.2 Forage Kitchen will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of Forage Kitchen.
1.7 General
1.7.1 No failure or delay by Forage Kitchen in enforcing any of its rights under the Contract shall be deemed to be a waiver of such right.
1.7.2 The Contract shall be governed by English law.
1.8 Intellectual Property Rights
Nothing in this agreement permits the client to use the name ‘Forage Kitchen’ in any way or upon or in any advertisements, media, TV, film, social media, radio, cd or internet or to film or record any program upon our premises without the permission of Forage Kitchen.

Welcome to food heaven! We have a small private dining room with an open kitchen. We are open as a restaurant from Thursday to Saturday, lunch & dinner. We also hold cookery & foraging courses and the room is available for private dining.
