Outdoor Cooking Gozney

Immerse yourself in our captivating Gozney outdoor cooking and pizza workshop, a splendid 3-hour experience that enables you to master the basics of using a Gozney oven to create restaurant-quality pizzas, recipes, and flatbreads right in the comfort of your own home.

The first half of the course is spearheaded by our skilled chefs, demonstrating the versatility of the ovens in adding a wow factor and excitement to your culinary options. Enjoy a variety of tasters including clam, steak, oyster, and bread – to name a few! The latter half of the course delves into gaining a thorough understanding of various dough types, discovering how to select the finest ingredients, and mastering the art of preparing a multitude of pizza varieties using either the Gozney Dome or Gozney Roccbox.

Whether you’re enamoured with Napoletana, craving a Detroit, a low & slow enthusiast, passionate about fresh, honest produce, or a dessert aficionado, we have something special in store for you!

‘Demo & Dine Course’ includes:

– A 2-course meal
– Demonstration (70%) & Hands-on experience (30% – make your own pizza)
– Demo & tasters from the chefs (Seafood/Fish/Steak/Bread/Desserts)

Course Times:
– Wednesday & Saturday ‘Demo & Dine’ courses commence at 6pm and conclude by 9pm
– Sunday ‘Demo & Dine’ courses commence at 2.30pm and conclude by 5.30pm

Pescatarian, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian – all no problem
Plant-Based / Dairy-Free / Halal – limited tasters, but pizza-making is okay
