Mayumi leads the initial segment of the course, offering an immersive exploration into the tastes and aromas characteristic of Japanese food. Following this, the course shifts its emphasis to the art of sushi making, equipping attendees with the skills to create their own sushi. The experience culminates in a communal dining experience, where everyone savours a three-course Japanese meal, featuring the sushi crafted during the course.

Course Times:
– Wednesday ‘Demo & Dine’ courses commence at 6pm and conclude by 9pm
– Sunday ‘Demo & Dine’ courses commence at 12pm and conclude by 3pm

Welcome to food heaven! We have a small private dining room with an open kitchen. We are open as a restaurant from Thursday to Saturday, lunch & dinner. We also hold cookery & foraging courses and the room is available for private dining.
