Embark on a one-day culinary adventure that intertwines the primitive with the modern, the wild with the cultivated. Our ‘Wild Harvest’ course invites you to experience the essence of nature, captured in every foraged leaf and berry, and honed through the rustic yet refined art of bread making, preserving, smoking, and outdoor cooking. This expedition is not just about cooking; it’s about embracing the wild, understanding its offerings, and transforming them with both age-old and contemporary culinary techniques.

Approx Timings:
08:30 – Arrive Tea/Coffee & tasters
08:45 – Introduction from Instructors
09:00 – Tasters, breads & dough demo and make (incudes a Sourdough starter to take home)
10:00 – Head out foraging (sturdy footwear & suitable clothing, drink & optional personal snacks required)
12/13:00 – Return to Cookery school, cook up any finds
13:00 – 3 Course meal with wine/beer/soft drink, Chocolate Tasting
14:30 – Afternoon session – depending on weather, a combination of Home-Smoking, Bees, Preserving and Outdoor cooking with tasters.
17:30 – Finsh & depart
